PUBLIC VIEWING
August 7 & 8, 2025


Thursday after the parade until 5:00 p.m. and

Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Presentation of prizes and awards Friday at 12:30 p.m.
ABSOLUTELY NO VIEWING DURING JUDGING ON WED.

Pick up of exhibits 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. on Friday.

Silver Collection donations go to a local charity.

ENTRY TAGS FOR ALL BENCH EXHIBITS
AGE CATEGORIES
NOT ALL SECTIONS HAVE ALL AGE CATEGORIES: ​
​                      (a) Preschool
                      (b) Junior                     -
                      (c) Young Adult          -
​                      (d) Adult                       -

                      (e) Senior                      -

6-12 years
13 to 17 years
18-64 years
​65 plus 
  • Tags can be picked up at the Town Office or Bentley Library ahead of time.
  • The tags must be filled out fully and attached securely to each exhibit before the article will be accepted and/ or put on display. Use string to attach tag to exhibit, if possible. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to be sure the item being entered is entered in the proper class and conforms exactly with ALL criteria for its category to ensure the item is accepted and not disqualified.
  • Complete the section (Baking, Sewing, Art, etc.) and the class number. A short description of entry goes in “Exhibit”. Fill out name, address, phone number. Include age if entering age division (especially important for youth and seniors). After acceptance and payment of entry fee, Exhibitor Number may be assigned. ​
