Welcome to all, conveners, directors, executive and all Ag. Members at large to another exciting year of planning and/or changes to the Bentley Ag. Society.
Our meeting dates are listed below, which are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Ag. Center Hall.
2026 Dates
February 12 Budget
March 12 Fair & Rodeo with all conveners, Theme for Rodeo
April 9 Fair & Rodeo activities any new ideas or changes
May 14 Fair Book finalized for printers
June 11 Fair & Rodeo finalize all activities, Bench show conveners, order of events
July 9 Fair & Rodeo = everything to be completed
August 4-8 Fair & Rodeo
September 10 All committee/convener reports regarding the fair & rodeo weekend
October 8 Executive only meeting
November 12 Executive only meeting
January ? 2027 Annual meeting
