Jams and Jellies must be sealed (EXCEPTION -
FREEZER JAMS).
Vegetable Sauces and Antipasta containing fish must be
pressure canned.
***MUST BE IN SEALER JARS and LABELED with
contents, date , & type of processing.***
As recommended by previous judges each item must be in separate plastic bags and tagged, or it may be disqualified. Any age may enter any class. You are judged in your own age group.
NOTE: Commercial baking mixes and/ or pastry shells are NOT accepted.
